Fz150 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Effective date: 1 January 2026. Please read this document carefully before using the fz150 platform.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using the fz150 platform in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all related policies, including Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Guide. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
The fz150 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above who reside in jurisdictions where online gambling is permitted. Accessing the platform from jurisdictions where such activities are restricted or prohibited is entirely the user's responsibility. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet the applicable age and eligibility requirements.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is only permitted to create one account only on the fz150 platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice. All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete.
You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. fz150 will never ask for your password through any external communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately. fz150 is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's own disclosure of their account credentials.
Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal or when suspicious activity is detected. Documents that may be requested include a national identity card or other valid supporting documents.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users of the fz150 platform agree not to engage in any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform or other users. Specifically prohibited conduct includes:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the platform's systems.
- Sharing your account or allowing a third party to use it.
- Abusing bonus or promotional offers through fraud, group coordination, or any other method that violates the bonus terms.
- Using funds obtained through illegal means for deposits or transactions on the platform.
- Using the platform for any purpose that contravenes Malaysian law.
Fz150 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the fz150 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports approved deposit and withdrawal methods, including bank transfers via FPX and supported e-wallets. Deposits are typically credited shortly after confirmation from the payment processor.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
- Your account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal can be processed.
- Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, unless otherwise stated.
- Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits may apply and are subject to change in line with current policy.
- Bonuses with outstanding rollover requirements cannot be withdrawn until those conditions have been met.
- Fz150 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending the outcome of an investigation where suspicious activity is detected.
Fz150 does not charge processing fees for standard deposits; however, your bank or a third-party payment processor may impose their own charges, which are outside the platform's control.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
Fz150 and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses resulting from service disruptions, technical errors, or unauthorised access to a user's account. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and fz150 makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability.
Intellectual Property
All content on the fz150 platform — including design, graphics, text, logos, software, and user interfaces — is the exclusive property of fz150 or its relevant licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use such content for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The fz150 platform may include links or integrations with third-party services such as payment processors or game providers. fz150 is not responsible for the policies, content, or privacy practices of any such third parties. Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and conditions.
Account Closure, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension and Closure Policy
Fz150 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account for reasons including breach of these terms, suspected fraud, money laundering activity, or at the user's own request. Account closures requested by the user will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the settlement of any pending transactions. Valid balances in accounts closed for non-fraudulent reasons will be returned once the verification process is complete.
Changes to These Terms
Fz150 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the terms currently in effect.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of the fz150 platform shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If no resolution can be reached, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate jurisdiction. By using this platform, you agree to submit to that jurisdiction.
